1. About this policy and the website
This policy explains what data may be processed when you visit konfeta.net during its alpha-testing period.
The website is used to publish and improve informational content. It has no inquiry forms, registration, user accounts, comments, ordering, or payment functionality. During this period, the website is not intended to conclude transactions or receive orders.
2. Site Administrator
The Site Administrator is responsible for operating the website and using its statistics. For privacy questions, email bakery@konfeta.net.
3. Data processed now
The Site Administrator does not request or collect a visitor’s name, telephone number, email address, company name, payment details, or inquiry content through the website interface.
To deliver pages, protect the website, and diagnose errors, the server and hosting provider may automatically process technical information such as an IP address, request date and time, requested page, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, and technical error logs. This information arises from normal internet communications and is used only for website operation, security, and troubleshooting.
4. Depersonalised statistics
The website uses Koko Analytics in pageview-counting mode without visitor detection (Tracking Method: None). It counts total views of individual pages and referral sources but does not identify unique visitors.
In this mode, Koko Analytics does not set cookies or use browser local storage, derive identifiers or hashes from an IP address and User-Agent, or link visits across days or different websites. Aggregate statistics are stored locally in the website’s WordPress database under the Site Administrator’s control and are not sent to Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica, or the Koko Analytics provider.
The purposes of these statistics are to:
- monitor website availability, speed, and technical stability;
- understand general interest in pages and materials;
- identify navigation and interface problems;
- improve the website’s structure, content, and search visibility.
Advertising personalisation, remarketing, cross-site visitor recognition, User-ID, unique visitor detection, session recording, and Webvisor are not used during the alpha test.
5. Cookies
The public website does not set analytics or advertising cookies. A necessary pll_language cookie, lasting for up to one year, stores the selected language; it is not used for analytics or advertising. The selected Koko Analytics mode does not use cookies or browser local storage. WordPress uses technical cookies when authorised editors sign in to the administration area; these are required for the operation and security of their sessions.
If the analytics mode changes or other services are introduced, this policy will be updated before the new processing begins, and visitor consent will be requested where applicable law requires it.
6. External services and contact channels
Koko Analytics operates within the website and does not send statistics to an external analytics service. Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica are not connected.
The Telegram link opens an external service. The website does not send a message automatically. If a visitor chooses to write in Telegram, information they provide is processed in that service under its rules, including the Telegram Privacy Policy.
The email link opens the visitor’s email application with the address and subject filled in. No email is sent automatically; the visitor chooses and sends its content.
7. Retention
Technical logs are retained by the hosting provider only as needed for website operation, security, and diagnostics, subject to the provider’s settings and retention rules.
Aggregate Koko Analytics statistics are automatically deleted after three months. This is the shortest period considered sufficient for comparing results during the alpha test.
8. Data inquiries
For questions about data processing and applicable rights, email bakery@konfeta.net.
Because the website does not request direct identifiers and Koko Analytics does not identify unique visitors in the selected mode, it may be technically impossible to locate information relating to a particular visitor. Where the law requires a response, the Site Administrator will consider the request within the data available and may ask for information needed to verify identity.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy will be updated if forms, ordering, new contact channels, new analytics, or other processing methods are introduced. The date of the current version appears at the beginning of the document.
